I’ve taught the DISC model within many schools to students, teachers and assistants. For five years I had the privilege of co-running The Harlow Mentoring Network within which I recruited and trained business people how to become Mentors. Students and Mentors were matched using DISC assessments - we even had an article on the innovative programme published within The Times Educational Supplement.
During my 20+ years of working with the DISC model of Behavioural Profiling, I never cease to be amazed at the versatility of this interesting model. I chose to learn more about DISC rather than other models simply because I could visualise using it with students considering career options, right through to senior management and CEOs. A DISC assessment is relatively easy to complete and is understandable by most when given appropriate and considerate feedback by a trained practitioner.
I’m so thrilled to have co-developed my own version of DISC online to share with schools and colleges. This is my contribution towards supporting young people to become successful in life, no matter what path they take.

Schools may use the DISCProfilingByElaineGodley assessment programme software FREE of charge when at least 2 dedicated members of staff have undertaken all mandatory training modules marked *. A certificate of attendance for CPD will be provided for any member of staff undertaking all mandatory modules . Training on how to access the system will be provided free of charge for 2 designated users.
The cost of each module is £29 per person, per module when purchased individually or £245 per person for all 9 mandatory training modules when paid in advance.
